AI, systems and automation for women in midlife
become the architect, not its busiest employee
When every decision, repeated task and unfinished job comes back to you, you don't have a flexible business. You've built yourself a demanding job.
Wise Women Use AI helps you identify what genuinely needs you and redesign what doesn't, using practical AI, clearer systems, automation and delegation.
Start with one part of your business, not 36 new tools.
"AI doesn't care if you're having a brain fog day. That's the whole point."
Kelly, founder WWUAII run three businesses, and not by working every hour. They run on systems I built, tested and fixed until they held. The systems do the running now, so I get the slow mornings, the walk with the dog before the laptop, the time with the people I love. I'm not teaching you this from the top of a mountain. I'm the proof that a business can run on good systems, instead of running on you.
You're not behind. You're just missing the right system.
You've tried it. You've Googled it. You've watched the reels and bought the course and still ended up back where you started, doing everything manually while your brain is running at half capacity and your to-do list is longer than ever.
The bit generic advice skips: making one task faster does not fix a business that still depends on you for every decision. And most of it is not built around the realities of running a business and a life in midlife.
You weren't. Most AI education lumps every tool together and skips the practical bit. Here, you learn what actually works in a real business, not a demo.
Brain fog, energy crashes, the mental load of running everything. AI doesn't care if you're having a rough day. Build your thinking on a good day and let your systems carry you through a hard one.
They're not smarter. They just found the right starting point. Inside the community, you get tools and workflows already built so you can run them today, not after a 47-module course.
What's actually inside the community
There's a resource inside the community called the Claude Starter Kit. Most members say it's the thing they wish they'd found on day one. It's not a download or a video course. It's something you use every single time you sit down to work, and once you have it, things start to click.
There are ready-to-run workflows and tools covering the tasks every business owner repeats every week. Things like writing emails, repurposing content, client communications, and planning. Copy them, run them, and adapt them to your business. No starting from scratch.
There are mini courses built around how Claude actually works for real business tasks. Short, practical, and structured so you can use what you've learned the same day. Not theory. Not hype. Things you can actually do, in a business like yours.
New content, tools, and conversations go in every week. Real questions from women running real businesses, with real answers. You're not seeing any of it yet, but you could be inside this week. Joining is free.

I'm British, based in Melbourne, and I run three businesses. I use AI, primarily Claude, as the actual operating system my businesses run on. Not as a demo. Not as an experiment. As the thing that makes it possible to keep going on the days when everything feels like too much.
I started Wise Women Use AI because I couldn't find a space that was honestly useful for women like me. The AI education world is full of people who discovered these tools 18 months ago and started teaching them. Most of it isn't built for women running real businesses, with real energy constraints, in real life.
My focus is Claude, because I know it deeply and I think it's the best tool for most of the work women in business need to do. But I'm not closed off from anything else. I'll always point you toward what's actually going to help, whether that's Claude, another AI tool, or something different entirely. What I won't do is teach you things I haven't tested in my own business first.
I believe women in business deserve to be taken seriously. By the world, by the tools they use, and by themselves. I want every woman who spends time with me to walk away feeling capable, inspired, and genuinely excited about what's possible for her.
"If you've ever felt like everyone else has figured this out and you're still trying to catch up, you're not behind. You just haven't found the right room yet. This is it."
If you're looking for something more personalised, I occasionally take on a small number of clients for one-to-one work. Whether you need help building a specific system, getting your AI setup right for your business, or just figuring out where to start, get in touch and we can talk through what that looks like.
Book a callI'll send you a free AI tool, a proper introduction to the community, and the honest version of what's inside so you can decide with all the information.
